Ticket regarding invoice & contract

For these topics, simply open a ticket for our billing department:

  • ask about contract term / earliest possible termination date
  • questions re invoices
  • ask for invoice copy

Ticket relating to domains

For this topic, an informal ticket for our domains team is sufficient:

  • Is the admin-c email address up-to-date? Then request the authcode approx. 3 weeks prior to the planned transfer date by simply opening a ticket

For the following topics, you'll need to attach to the ticket/fax us a signed letter and/or filled out and signed form:

For all other domains than .uk: The whole communication between registrar and domain owner is happening through the admin-c email address - to change your registration data (NIC-Update), please complete this form and add the file to your ticket for our domains team

Request IPS TAG Change = change provider of .uk-domains (also .co.uk, .org.uk etc.).
