Questions concerning your invoice & contract

Invoice and contract

What is to do: I forgot my login details to the ControlPanel (User ID/Password)

Your UserID is not only necessary to log in to your ControlPanel. You need it to open a ticket for one of the Verio Europe teams, too.

If you have forgotten the login information, please go to the login page of your individual ControlPanel (<your-domainname>/stats).

Shared Linux products: you can directly click on "I forgot my password" to get your access data (user ID and password) sent to the email address stored within our systems.

Shared FreeBSD products: please cancel the login process to find the "I forgot my password" link on the next page.

Please give us a call if you do not receive the initiated email (please first check your SPAM folder), presumably the email address stored within your ControlPanel is out-dated.

Choosing the login page for the admin area of an

eStore [http://estore.your-domainname/epages/UserID.admin]

or

Page-it account [http://page-it.your-domainname/epages/UserID.admin]

you will find "Password forgotten".

Your UserID is part of the link you use to reach your eStore/Page-it login page. In case you don't remember the UserID anymore, please give us a call.

What happens to my services after September 30, 2016?

After that date, Verio Europe GmbH i.L. will decommission all servers. This means that you will no longer have access to your control panel, domains will not resolve and emails will not get delivered. Therefore, we would like to ask you to make all necessary arrangements to move your hosting and your domain names to another provider.
All files that are on our servers after that date will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Domains which are still with us will be returned to the respective registration authority (awarding body or registrar). However, your contract with the awarding body or registrar, which Verio has concluded as a messenger in communicating on behalf of you, will continue and your rights to the domain name will not be lost.

I want to transfer my content/domains before September 30, 2016 – can I terminate my contract before?

Verio Europe’s termination of the contract does not establish a right to an extraordinary termination of the contract for our customers. However, in accordance with our terms and conditions you can terminate your contract by providing notice at least 30 days prior to the end of the regular contract term. If you do not terminate your contract, your contract will prolong by the initially agreed minimum term, but until September 30, 2016 at the latest. Services will then be invoiced proportional to the months of usage.

How can I terminate my contract?

Contract termination notices to Verio Europe must be signed by an authorised person and must be provided in writing (letter or ticket) to be valid. Please note that, according to our terms and conditions, contracts are subject to notice at least 30 days prior to the end of your regular contract term.

You can send the termination notice by postal letter to:

               Verio Europe GmbH i.L.
               Neugablonzer Str. 1
               93073 Neutraubling

               Germany

Or you can open a ticket to our Billing team and attach your termination notice as a PDF at http://www.verio.eu/en/billing-ticket

Domain registration contracts with the respective domain registration authority shall continue until the end of the respective regular registration period, even if Verio Europe terminates the domain administration services (administration of registration data/ domain renewals/ nameserver entries) by September 30, 2016.

I have already terminated my contract and received a confirmation from Verio Europe GmbH i.L.. Why do I get another contract termination?

The termination notice was sent out to all customers to inform them that Verio Europe will discontinue its service offering. If you have already terminated your contract, it will not renew at the date given in the confirmation message.

What happens to unpaid invoices?

Verio Europe will continue to invoice services until September 30, 2016. All valid invoices have to be paid and will be forwarded to a collection agency in case of non-payment. SEPA direct debit mandates will continue to be valid until the end of the contract term.
