Number of products - Depending on which eStore you choose, you can create a specific number of products (e.g. a certain jacket, a certain pair of shoes).

Attributes per product - Depending on which eStore you choose, you can create a specific number of product attributes (e.g. colour, size).

Variations per product - Depending on which eStore you choose you can create a specific number of product variation attributes (characteristic of a product attribute, so e.g. colours green, red and yellow; sizes S, M, L and XL).

Combinations of attributes and variations - A variation of a product is derived from the "main product" and differs only in it's product variation attributes. A product variation would e.g. be a jacket in green and size L.

Personalized Products -Customers can personalize products in the shop by adding and placing text and images on the product.

Number of categories/editorial pages - You can use a certain number of pages/categories. You can either create editorial contents (pages) or arrange your products into them (categories), so e.g. jackets, shoes or umbrellas.

Number of pre-definable product types - You can combine multiple product attributes to a product type, so e.g. for a product type "jacket" the attributes "size" and "colour". If you create a new product of the type "jacket", these attributes will automatically be prompted.

Objects for reservation - you can manage reservations of different objects, e.g. rent holiday homes, lend bicycles or reserve dates in your hairdresser's. You can also divide the objects, so e.g. you can rent 3 holiday homes and lend 5 bicycles. The number of identical objects, e.g. identical restaurant tables, is limited to 20. 

Customer options for reservation – You can set up options for your bookable resources, which can be chosen by your customers during reservation. This means you could e.g. offer a separate children’s cot for your holiday home.

Number of shipping methods - Shipping methods can be valid for all countries that are configured for your eStore or only for certain regions. This enables you e.g. to set up different shipping fees for a delivery abroad.

Number of languages in shop - depending on which eStore you choose, you can offer your products in multiple languages. Your customers can choose their preferred language.

Number of currencies in shop - depending on which eStore you choose, you can define prices for your products in multiple currencies. This makes your offer more interesting to customers with a different currency.


User-defined navigation elements - After choosing a base layout, the design assistant enables you to Drag&Drop additional elements to your layout. You can e.g. add country flags on top of the navigation or a link to the shopping basket to a prominent spot.

Automatic calculation of picture size - If you upload pictures, you can optionally have the pictured automatically calculated to the optimal picture size.

Promotion of products in "promotion box" - If you want to highlight a specific product (e.g. a promotion product), you can do so in a "promotion box" beyond the pages of your product catalogue.

Gadgets - Special content functions and services from external websites (e.g. Google Maps or weather forecast) can be embedded into own pages

 Flash - You can create an animated introduction that will be shown before the home page or add flash elements to small areas of your homepage as eyecatcher.

Product slideshow - Select various product pictures and create a slide show to be displayed in your eStore.

Product bundles- Any products can be combined, where for every product you can enter an amount. You can define a price (normally a lower one) for the resulting bundle. The saving is displayed to the customer.

Product comparisons- Your customers can mark products and compare them. The products will then be compared in a table with all visible attributes. For sure, you as shop administrator decide if you want to activate this function.

Picture galleries- In a picture gallery you can present pictures as picture bar or as slide show on your homepage. You can add a short description text for each picture.

Form for direct order - You can offer your customers a form for the direct insertion of orders. This enables your regular customers to quickly enter orders using article number and amount.

Back Office

Customer attributes- You can collect and manage additional information about your customers and later on use this information for marketing promotions. You can e.g. collect birth dates and send vouchers to your customers for their birthday.

Advanced customer account - Your registered customers can access via their customer account existing orders. They can check the status of their order or booking/reservation (already shipped?) or, if shipping with UPS, use the track delivery option.

Price lists with rebates - You can create rebates for quantities or values. If a customer orders more than the defined quantity or value, the rebates established by you will automatically be applied.

Product portals (Ciao!, Become, Google Shopping, Kelkoo, -You can choose which products with which shipping methods in what intervals shall be published on the respective product portal.

Amazon Integration -Tens of millions of people come to Amazon to buy the products they are looking for, making Amazon one of the most successful internet retailers for buying and selling online.

eBay Integration - You can upload products from your shop out of the back office directly to the eBay market place. The product data (e.g. product name and picture) will be proposed from your eStore. You can manage numerous eBay functions like scheduled start of the auction or displaying options ("bold", "top seller") directly from your eStore and use prepared design templates for your offer on eBay. For reporting purposes, you can view an overview of the offers of a certain product or of all offered products and even compare the price you achieved on eBay with the regular price in your eStore.

Tell-a-Friend - Customers find next to your product/service the possibility to enter the email address of a friend and send them an email about your offer. You as administrator of your eStore can define if you want to activate this function and limit the number of recommendations per day and customer.

Product rating - Enable your customers to rate your products. You define if this function shall be activated, if new ratings shall be displayed at once and who shall be enabled to rate products.

Manual cross-selling - If you manually create a link between two products, the area "references" will list all products that are linked to the product shown. This enables you turn the attention of interested customers to other products that could be interesting for them.

Automatic cross selling - Data will be generated from recent orders for automatic recommendations ("customers who bought this product, also bought...").

Preparation for Trusted Shops and SafeBuy - Your eStore is optimally prepared for the pre-certification by Trusted Shops and SafeBuy. After receiving the certification you can also display the logos in your eStore.

Voucher functionality - You have diverse options for the generation of vouchers: vouchers with fix value or in per cent, limited validity duration, codes can be used once or repeatedly, codes can be generated manually or automatically, vouchers can be limited to defined shipping and payment options as well as for the purchase of defined products only.

Shipping options- Shipping options enables you to offer a special service along with their orders, e.g. wrap as a gift or add greeting card. Your customers can add this service in their shopping cart.

Going through the order process in your eStore, the customer will be directed to the payment site of ClickandBuy, where he completes the payment and is redirected to your eStore. Prerequisite for you as eStore administrator is to set up a premium account with ClickandBuy. This payment method instant transfer can be offered through the company Payment Network AG. The order amount will be transferred directly from the customer's online banking account to your merchant account. This payment method is certified by the TÜV and boasts TÜV-audited transaction security. Prerequisite for you as eStore administrator is a registration with

UPS Worldship Integration - If you ship with UPS you can configure order tracking for the corresponding order. This allows you and your customers to check the current status of the shipment.

Deferred payment- You can offer your customers deferred payment for various payment methods. For these payment methods, you can define a minimum amount, above which you offer deferred payment and the interest rates for the number of monthly payments. The customers will then be offered a selection of the available financing models in the order process.

HSBC- The payment method HSBC offers an interface between your shop and HSBC's own payment system. This allows you to support payment by credit card via HSBC. HSBC checks the customer's payment data and only permits transactions with secure data. Prerequisite for you as eStore administrator is to register as a merchant with HSBC.

WorldPay - WorldPay belongs to the Royal Bank of Scotland Group and provides electronic payment solutions. With an interface to this payment method you can offer payment options for your eStore by credit card and, within Germany, by direct debit. Worldpay checks the customer's payment data and only permits transactions with secure data. Prerequisite for you as eStore administrator is to register as a merchant with WorldPay.

Skrill (Moneybookers) - Moneybookers is an e-money institute and offers all key national and international payment methods from one source. The money will be transferred in real time; this means that it is available immediately. You can offer your customers the Moneybookers wallet and all additional payment methods. Prerequisite for you as eStore administrator is that you register with Moneybookers and activate the respective payment options.

Saferpay - Saferpay is an internet payment platform that was developed for use in e-commerce by Swiss companies and also is operated in Switzerland. Saferpay communicates with all the major European banks and has direct connections to the global credit card networks. Before entering payment-related data, customers are forwarded to the Saferpay platform. There, the customer fulfills his payment. Prerequisite for you as eStore administrator is to register with Saferpay and order the Saferpay eCommerce package.

Paynova- Paynova offers an international payment system. You can resort to six international credit cards and seven local payment solutions (e.g. Giropay and Maestro UK). Furthermore, special payment solutions like credit card payment via mobile phone can thus be offered. Prerequisite for you as eStore administrator is to be admitted by Paynova.

Google Checkout - Google Checkout is the online payment system from Google. For this payment method, the shopping basket data is transferred to the external system, where all additional steps of the order process are conducted. The customer selects his payment method, enters a delivery address, and finalises the order there. Prerequisite for you as eStore administrator is to register with and create a merchant account at Google.

ATOS Worldline - Atos Worldline is a subsidiary of the Atos Origin Gruppe and offers payment services for the internet throughout Europe. In your eStore you can offer credit card payment via Atos Worldline with verfication methods such as credit card and address checks. Prerequisite for you as eStore administrator is to register with Atos Worldline.

Regions with own delivery and shipping options - Regions are the foundation for area-specific delivery and payment methods. You can use them to define which delivery and payment methods are available to your customers in various countries, e.g. shipping via DHL only in Germany.


Email accounts - You can create up to this maximum number of email accounts for your domain.

Email disk space - This disk space is exclusively for your emails. The disk space for your website is excluded.
